I believe that spirits of the dead do make a presence in some way or another right after that person dies (experienced it with my dad and my grandmother). They either come in your dreams, breaking mirrors, or shadowy or glowing figures, etc.. BUT, that video is not real. The supposedly ghost figure of MJ looks way too clear to be some kind of ghostly shadow and too staged. If you look at the shadows it is not of a ghost but shows someone in front of camera mans light and behind camera. read the details it is so obviously not him but made to look as it.
