Firefox users: how did you get the CNN.com live feeds to work on your browser?

I couldn't download what it was that I needed to get the CNN live feeds to work for MONTHS. I clicked download over and over and over, and nothing ever happened....

...until last week. I clicked it once, and voila, the thing downloaded.



But I forgot what the heck it was that I did to be able to download the software/whatever!! I don't know if it was a browser update or what, but it is bugging me that I can't remember. I want to pass on to a few of my friends what it is that they need to do to get them to work.



Please, please, if you have Firefox %26amp; you've used the live feed vids on cnn.com, what did you do to finally get the add-on that you needed to download!!
