He is talking about how our economy is not that bad and his stimulus is going to save us all. He is saying that it would be a waste of money to help bail out people losing ther homes, and in the other breath saying we need to stay in Iraq and win the"WAR"How come you bush lovers are on the computer while bush is giving a speech live on CNN?

As far as the points you raise:

1. The Dems had to approve of the stimulus package before Bush got a hold of it, so you can blame them too.

2. If he created a program to bail out foreclosures, you'd probably complain that he was bailing out the banking industry. He can't win with people who are just determined to hate him no matter what, and can't look at the issues.

3. You may not agree with him about Iraq (I know I have had my criticisms of how it has been conducted), but he has been consistent on this point.
How come you are on the computer and watching Bush at the same time? NOW do you know why? It is called multi-tasking.

All you need to know is that if a Republican is in the White House the economy is bad. If a Democrat is in the White house the economy is good.

Ignore the fact that most people are doing just fine. Ignore the fact that even with the war, high gasoline prices, problems with the mortgage market etc. the economy is still far better than it was under Jimmy Carter. Trust me, I was there. I remember those years. The economy may be making an overdue correction, it growth may be slowing down but it is not going backwards like it was back then.



We do need to stay in Iraq and win the War on Terrorism. Do you prefer to loose the War on Terrorism?
