For NDTV and their crew, they reported some delay on arrival of the police at certain points but the police too have their own version of the things. With in 10 mints 8 bombs blast and it took hundred of people life.On that spot terrorism act fast. The Police department or CBI couldn't found before the attempt At least were they can't come to the spot on time?

Don't u see hindi movies ... the police always arrives when everything is over
they do not perform their duties,they take their jobs for granted,everything is ram bharose,thier is no value of precious life,police standing on the site were asking ppl to pick up the bodies......administrative system is a total failure here..........
one word answer is this that they are running on Indian time
