Why do some people in the US say that CNN is a liberal (or even comunist) network?

I do not live there, but I keep seeing these kind of comments. I watch CNN International and CNN US and I find it quite moderate in its political views. Flashy, yes, "liberal" I would not say so. What do you think?Why do some people in the US say that CNN is a liberal (or even comunist) network?
CNN does have a liberal slant.

Case in point willing to show our troops being killed by a sniper but didn't show the cartoons as they were afraid of oftening Muslims.



CNN has goes a long way with the liberal rants but now they hired Glen Beck.

they bother with other parts of the world unlike other networks that only talk about american issues or issues that affect america dirrectly and immediately. thats why they dont like cnnWhy do some people in the US say that CNN is a liberal (or even comunist) network?
People just like saying "liberal media" because it has a phonetic quality to it that makes it fun to say and yet still sounds stern. That's as about as deep as it goes for any of the news channels, they're actually all far more concerned with getting money than being politically biased.
Yeah, that's strange. They were All-Americans when they covered the first Gulf War, but now I guess anything that has to do with REAL coalitions or international cooperation or attempting to analyze a complicated problem in a fair-and-balanced way smacks of "liberalism".
CNN only tell you want their want you to know, not the whole truth.
