He is trying to counter the fireman's attack on him. Giuliani is a flash and very little substance. Just ask the NY FD people. He was the one that picked the WTC to build NYC emergency response center despite the objections from Police and Fire leaders. He is also responsible for dividing the Police and Fire command center on 9/11 which contributed to the death of hundreds of firemen. He also was responsible for the emergency responders not having better communication equipment. God help us if he becomes president.
